“Great communications, installation went as promised and was done very neatly, and service started straight away. Minor gripe was new router not working with my old extender, but that was easily replaced by me, and now we're getting much better speeds than on the old copper connection. Time will tell if the service is stable and reliable, but a month in we've had no outages...”

“From start to finish Wessex internet have been fantastic. Once they got to our area they kept us informed, found a time that suited us to come and connect and were very polite and showed us how to connect to the box. Excellent broadband and haven’t had any drop outs of service compared to our old broadband provider.”

“The internet is brilliant. So fast .Downloads done in twinkling of an eye.Am very pleased with wessex internet. Also the phone connection is now good after a hiccup which was soon sorted...Must add that Tom hopefully have the right name he connected the Internet in.the house.. Was really polite considerate and really nice to deal with. The young men who laid the cabels in the garden were also helpful and considerate... . I must congratulate Wessex internet on those you have in your employment everyone I have dealt with have been very polite and patient Thank you”

“Dear Sirs I don,t usually respond to reviews of this sort but on this ths time I feel strongly that the service which you gave me jn getting me going was exceptional For example your 0perater Ruby Milligan travelled about 40 miles to sort out a problem with my instiillation in her own time. Very much appreciated ! With regards John Hayward (aged 89]”

“Great comms with the team at Wessex all the way through the installation and set-up process. I had one query a few days after it was set up and was straight through to customer support without any problems - question was answered immediately. Speeds have been consistently high with a very stable connection.”

“This was seen as a big step for us to change from BT to Wessex but the transition has been remarkably easy with the support of the Wessex team. Phone line and installation all went well and very pleased with service.”

“Wessex Internet provided us with an excellent service after placing our order through to going live and with an internet speed that has met our expectations. Their head office support team has been readily available to promptly answers questions we had and keep us informed, when necessary. There garden team worked efficiently to install the cabling thorough our garden causing minimal disruption. The internal team were equal as good and painstakingly resolved a technical glitch to get us live. All things considered, we received an excellent service and delivery from Wessex Internet who have an excellent customer focus.”
