“I had an enquiry about a Scott bike on a Sunday, no big profit thing but all the credit to this shop they responded within an hour. They bothered with me so I'm bothering to write a top review to say thank you.”

“Excellent bike and even better customer service. Ordered the bike, received it 4 days earlier than expected. Parcel was a little bit damaged, but it was Parcel Force fault. Few scratches on the fork, bended brake rotor. Contacted Westbrook Cycles, immediate response, Jason and Scott are very helpful, they sent me new rotor within 2 days. Changed the rotor, problem solved. The customer service is really excellent. I highly recommend this shop!!!”

“Perfectly flawless , after dealing with a large UK company who quite frankly robbed me , using Westbrook was a perfect experience, odred my bike and turned up at my door 2 days later as promised , can not recommend this company enough , 100% customer experience”

“After bending my rear mech hanger I thought my week of cycling had come to an end while I waited for a new one to come. But after ordering with Westbrook Cycles the part was delivered in under 24 hours! Unreal service especially given the current situation. A+.”
