“My wife saw one of your watches on a colleague at work and fell in love with it. We were refered to your web site and were amazed at the variety and good prices of the watches on offer. We chose one as a Christmas present for my wife and duly ordered and paid for this. The delivery was prompt and secure but there was a small problem with the item and we contacted yourselves to obtain a replacement. This was dealt with by your agebt Joel who was polite, efficient and helped us enormously. The replacement turned up as arranged and was first class. Our postage was refunded in full and we are more than happy with not only the product but with the way in which Joel handled us and our request. As Craig from Strictly Come Dancing would no doubt say your service was "FAB-U-LOUS" You will certainly get our recommendation to anyone. Thanks again, Harry and Sue Stead.”

“Just received kappanutnatural watch for hubby, absolutely loves it, he collects unusual watches and this definitely fits the bill.. Its a beautiful unique watch. Customer services was excellent and delivery was outstanding. All round an excellent experience and will definitely recommend.”

“Everything was perfect except for letting me know a bit late about he delivery. I received and email in the morning that I will receive the package in late afternoon. I was already at work and didn't have any reception so could do anything about it. Fortunately my neighbor took it for me. Thank you!”
