“I chose your product initially because I believe in your ethical standpoint, so when I stupidly dropped my Kappa on a tiled floor on holiday I was heartbroken! When I returned home I was delighted with the simplicity of the instructions and cost and speed of the repair. After sales service is almost more important than the initial purchase - so I would recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone with the slightest worries.”

“Fantastic product and very quick dispatch/delivery. Notification of dispatch via email and given due date however do not rely on the 'given 1 hour time slot' as this did not happen for me however i could re arrange delivery or alternative address online if wasn't going to be around. Overall excellant service/products/business”

“Very impressed! There were one or two website issues, admittedly (the Contact Us link returned a "not found" message and the Christmas returns policy wasn't mentioned so I had to call and check) but nothing major. The watch itself is great, and was delivered less than 24 hours after it was ordered (I commend the choice of courier - their communication was very impressive). All my dealings, through email and phone, have been with friendly, helpful staff. I used to deal with customer orders (to store and posted direct), admin and returns issues for an international retailer, so I can say - both professionally and personally - very well done.”

“My son asked for a wooden watch for Christmas. I didn't even know that there was such a thing! When my order arrived, I was instantly impressed with the whole package. The box is simple, but a brilliant use of recycled materials. As for the watch, WOW , it is stunning. A beautiful creation, I can't think of a word big enough to describe it! Thank you WOOWOOD! I'm sure my son will treasure his watch for ever!”

“The Eco Friendly Watch is exciting. The craftsmanship of this watch fills me with joy. It's stunning! The watch is lightweight which is an added bonus (I was worried it would be heavy). I couldn't be happier. My whole We - Wood experience was painless. As this is a Christmas gift the new owner of this watch hasn't seen it yet but I have shown most of my family and friends, I even brought it to work and every single person was surprised by its stunning quality. I literally cannot wait until I get mine. Well done to everyone involved in the production and distribution of We - Wood watches.”
