“Watch was bought as a present for my husband but the strap was too big. Ordered the 'fixing tool' as an extra little birthday present. Site was easy to find, easy to navigate and price was reasonable. Came the day after I ordered, well packaged and protected. Only positive things to say - Oh and the watch is brill too!!”

“Am very impressed with WeWood service for quickly restoring my favourite watch after the glass face came off. I was advised by local repair store it's not likely that it could be replaced after being submerged in water. I bought the watch in Cape Town with my birthday money and was incredibly sad at the prospect of having damaged my beautiful watch . My watch is often complemented and I demonstrate to others how light and fab it is. Thank you WeWood.”

“I love WeWOOD's customer service. The whole set up is great ie you get assigned a customer service team member for the entirety of your query. Responses from Customer Services are prompt, friendly and efficient and the process is smooth and hassle free. So many companies could take a leaf out of WeWOOD's book as far as customer service goes. I can't fault them.”

“I love my WeWood Belle Chocolate! I am from Australia. When I was travelling through Germany I saw it in a shop and thought "Oh no, it's okay. I'll see it somewhere else". Six months has passed and I was still thinking about this stunningly beautiful watch! My dad fiancé was in Europe at this point but unfortunately she couldn't get anywhere to pick it up. So I tracked it down online, and I purchased it with money I got for my birthday. I emailed multiple people as I was confused at the shipping options available (and when I was trying to get information about where my dads fiancé would pick it up from) and each time they were all extremely helpful no matter how silly my questions were. What was even more fabulous is the moment I ordered it I was so unbelievably excited, and it arrived within a week! Incredibly helpful staff. With wonderful, amazing, beautifully crafted products, I couldn't be happier!”
