“Brought a helicopter for £280 and opened box two weeks later to find missing control, battery and charger. Went to store to explain and was accused of selling the items on EBay, why anybody would say that is beyond me as surely you would say the helicopter was missing not the cheapest thing in the box. I have spent thousands in this store and the manager said this does not matter which surprises me as I always thought that customer loyalty was the life blood of any business. I was also told that the 30 day policy of returns only applied to internet sales, what a lie! I’ve never been so disappointed with a company or their attitude to customers I just hope people that spend a lot of money with them realise that they don’t give a dam about their customers or value the business that they are given.”

After christmas, I emailed in to say it was the wrong bit and to ask to swap it for the correct part, I received an aggressive message back saying it was out of the exchange time and there was nothing they could do. Poor attitude, poor customer service, the shipping time was excessively long and the product came in an old cardboard box... Not branded packaging. Not very professional or helpful. Steer clear!”
