“You have been very good up until now. I ordered a part on Wednesday and payed £6.95 for next day delivery. I was unable to track my delivery as it said it wasn't available at this time. When it hadn't arrived by 7.00 o'clock I looked again to see a message saying it won't be delivered until tomorrow, Friday. As we are going away for the weekend in the morning and the postie don't come until the afternoon I won't have an rc car to use this weekend. Disappointed. A waste of £6.95 on no rc for the weekend!!”
“I normally have excellent service from Wheelspin Models , good prices and fast delivery.
I recieved a £50 wine voucher which I cannot use as neither my wife or me drink alcohol. So I sent Ben Locke Director a letter by Recorded Delivery asking for a gift card to spend in store instead. This letter was delivered on Tuesday 24th October 2023 and today it is the 28th October 2023. I gave my e-mail address , mobile and landline so very easy to contact me.

“Terrible service, I pre-ordered and was told my order was ready to collect, so I went to collect only to have to wait 50 minutes in a queue. Several people just turned around and left. All this while 2 staff members were talking as much time as possible to explain how battery chargers work, that's the point when you say to a customer, it's all in the instruction booklet.
This experience was a week before Christmas and I understand people may think that this was a one off due to busy time of year, while let me crush that perception for you. I had a very similar experience at the start of November and September. I will not be using them again.”
“New to the rc wolrd. I brought a new body shell an it was warped (had a front window screen pressed upside down in the rear window) I didn’t realise untill preparation for spraying. I phoned to asked what i can do as now I’ve noticed it, it sticks out like a sore thumb. The first bloke i spoke to was amazing, later in the day i thought of another question so i called back to have STEVE answer, he was extremely rude didnt say hello, from the very start of the call he seemed defensive and just started arguing. I dont think he understood what i was asking.
Ive posted our phone call in a few rc groups everyone seems to think the same thing… he was unprofessional! They know they have done wrong because today they posted a review about how awesome the team is!”

“I give 1 stars as DPD trashed my parcel and left me waiting for it to be delivered for 4 days know I wouldn't be receiving it.. after contacting wheelspin, they gave me a DPD number to chase it up myself when I felt that wheelspin should had done this on my behalf.. on contacting DPD they wasn't happy as wheelspin gave me the business phone number and was told I would have to contact thir customer service. Called DPD customer service and was then told my parcel had been damaged and I would not be receiving it... now my 4th phone call,, I informed wheelspin of what DPD told me and only then did wheelspin look at my DPD track and I was told DPD uploaded a pic of an empty box.. unfortunately the item is now out of stock with no indication to restock times and was refunded... well thanks for the massive help i provided to myself and a total waste of my time...

“Brought a helicopter for £280 and opened box two weeks later to find missing control, battery and charger. Went to store to explain and was accused of selling the items on EBay, why anybody would say that is beyond me as surely you would say the helicopter was missing not the cheapest thing in the box. I have spent thousands in this store and the manager said this does not matter which surprises me as I always thought that customer loyalty was the life blood of any business. I was also told that the 30 day policy of returns only applied to internet sales, what a lie! I’ve never been so disappointed with a company or their attitude to customers I just hope people that spend a lot of money with them realise that they don’t give a dam about their customers or value the business that they are given.”

We have bought many parts successfully from this company for a couple of years, and they have usually been of great quality. However an electric motor failed within an hour of installation, and when returned for review and replacement, not only were we refused a refund or replacement for a part not fit for purpose, but were also questioned as to whether we were trying to pass off a much older part as the damaged item. Sadly, will not be using this company again.”
