New to the rc wolrd. I brought a new body shell an it was warped (had a front window screen pressed upside down in the rear window) I didn’t realise untill preparation for spraying. I phoned to asked what i can do as now I’ve noticed it, it sticks out like a sore thumb. The first bloke i spoke to was amazing, later in the day i thought of another question so i called back to have STEVE answer, he was extremely rude didnt say hello, from the very start of the call he seemed defensive and just started arguing. I dont think he understood what i was asking. Ive posted our phone call in a few rc groups everyone seems to think the same thing… he was unprofessional! They know they have done wrong because today they posted a review about how awesome the team is!
