Terrible service, I pre-ordered and was told my order was ready to collect, so I went to collect only to have to wait 50 minutes in a queue. Several people just turned around and left. All this while 2 staff members were talking as much time as possible to explain how battery chargers work, that's the point when you say to a customer, it's all in the instruction booklet. This experience was a week before Christmas and I understand people may think that this was a one off due to busy time of year, while let me crush that perception for you. I had a very similar experience at the start of November and September. I will not be using them again.
