Unfortunately, we have to agree with other recent reviews which have highlighted poor customer service. We have bought many parts successfully from this company for a couple of years, and they have usually been of great quality. However an electric motor failed within an hour of installation, and when returned for review and replacement, not only were we refused a refund or replacement for a part not fit for purpose, but were also questioned as to whether we were trying to pass off a much older part as the damaged item. Sadly, will not be using this company again.
