I’ve been awaiting a call off them since Friday 01/03/24.
I’m never able to speak to someone when I ring, it’s always someone will ring you back in a few minutes 🤷♀️ this is so frustrating I only want an update on my car that’s in the body shop. My car is due to be changed in June, my Skoda has been a great car, however, your customer service is dreadful. I won’t be using Whitedove Cardiff in the future.”
“My Mum has a Mobility SEAT and is started letting in water at the rear. Eventually got a date for repair and took it in. Apparently repaired the common fault to tailgate seals and gave it back to my mum while still full of water? Asked why this could not have been removed, was told they dont have any way of removing the water? We got home and did what they could have done and soaked up all the water and dried it out. 3 weeks later we still have the leak and there is a pool of water once again at the rear. I suggest they didnt even repair the fault!!”
“I had a brand new car only 3 months old and it’s been in the garage nearly 3 months they saying it’s only contaminated fuel 🤣 which don’t take 9-10 weeks to fix , also told I need to claims from insurance as they don’t cover it on warranty, the rac told me it’s not mid fuel and the engine would not bang like it did with miss or contaminated fuel , they don’t offer a dilivery service but it’s on all the voice notes while on hold saying ask about our home dilivery service , Skoda is a joke rude staff and I will never buy another ever ,back to vw I go where the service and aftersale is amazing”
“Friendly sales person. Bought brand new car and turn around was less than 10 days. Got a fair price for my part ex and sales person spent some time going through all the controls and infotainment system with me before I drove off in my new car. Show room and parking areas were very clean. Only had my car for four weeks so haven’t had to use the after sales service.”
“Booked my car in for a recall fix and was told on the phone when booking that there was no courtesy cars available. I said no problem as I can go into Cardiff like you have done before. When I got to the garage there are no more lifts into Cardiff.
Hence I am sat here, possibly for three hours with no drink or food as I was going to have breakfast in Cardiff as I dropped the car off at 8a.m.
So I am sat here, tv not working and have 3hrs of a big heat blower going on and off every couple of minutes. Not happy is an understatement 😡”
“I have a Seat Arona still under warranty
I booked this in to Seat Cardiff as radio not working properly and ariel not sitting right on roof.
When technician looked at this problem he found due to ariel not sitting right water had got in causing corrosion. Reading up on guarantee it is covered for corrosion & rust.
I was then informed it has been damaged and so not covered by guarantee. They suggested. maybe a ball has hit it or gone through car wash, this has not happened and if it had I would not expect it to cause this type of damage. I found Seat really unhelpful and not a valued customer at all. Would never use this branch again or recommend a Seat to anyone.
Such poor customer service.
Really wish I had stayed with VW that I had been with for 15 years and much better customer care.

“After I bay car in White dowe place only problems coming, I drive 65 miles collect our family car, car it's recently clear but trunk its full of dog hair and really smell...
When warranty run out our sunroof start leaking... nearly 1600£ first time, he said fit new parts- new sunroof motor, frame...etc, but warranty it's 12 months run out and sunroof leaking again after rain, water contamination leaking down to dashboard and damage our headlight adjuer + dashboard in night drive flashing like Christmas lights... I take back to seller and he checked car 1 week , I trying contact service but no shance... he wants give me curtesy car for extra 25£ daily charge ( I think, I not memberexactlyprice), after 8 days communication he said sunroof frame bainted damaged- he previously fixed- so fixing price it's 1600£ but he not quarantined it's 100% ok...what's money ripped this company??? He sale me car which have RAC prowess not damaged car ??? Waste time and lot of money 💰 🤑 💸 , no stars this company.....”

When challenge all the lady on the desk could say is “we have already done it” and I said undo it!! “I will never buy a seat or recommend anyone to do so. This garage has been the most unhelpful , useless dealership I have ever had the unfortunate luck to deal with . I’ve had many cars . BMW, merdecedes , Ford and more . I have always been treated well at dealerships . This is not the case here . You will not receive the service standard you get at other garages . Steer clear . This is the worst car I have ever owned from the most unhelpful , rude manufacturer”
“Appalling service my new car went in for a service last April where i stated my sensor light came on so i asked them to have a look at it. I then noticed the sensor box hanging down and the front bumper underneath the grill has been noticably damaged im still waiting for this to get sorted nearly a year later? I have contacted the company on many occasions. Can't do enough for you when you want to buy a car but totally shocking service when something is wrong.”
