“Fairly quick delivery, although you can pay extra for next day. You only have to spend £30 for free standard delivery. Good quality food”

“Reliable. Some products exclusive to Whole Food Earth stocked that are hard to find anywhere else. I've been a customer for some considerable time and have never had any complaints at all. Stocks during the worse of Covid were fairly good considering. Processing took a little longer than I thought it would on current order but as I was in no hurry that wasn''t important. So I'm quite happy.”

“Great quality Efficient service Fair price Received a delivery date and time from DHL but then notified it had been taken back to the depot without delivery. It was then delivered the following day. Luckily the package was in reasonable condition.”

“I think you get what you pay for. I ordered foods that were competitively priced and hence the almonds were tasty but small, the roasted hazelnuts were certainly blanched but didn't taste roasted, the ground almonds fine but not tasty, the brown basmati delicious, the brown lentils good too.”

“It would be easier if you packaged less in the boxes as they are very heavy to try and lift and the boxes fall apart every time and the packages are falling out.”

“Generally very good with the exception of products stocked that are produced in China. There is widespread distrust of food products produced in China due to the lack of integrity in a lot of Chinese manufacturers. So I would recommend carefully screening your purchases to avoid putting things in your Whole Food Earth basket that may be labelled 'organic' but whose provenance cannot be reliably established.”
