“Usually order my rice from Amazon but on this occasion, it was cheaper buying direct.even with delivery costs. We love the organic long grain rice - only ever buy the Wholefood brand. They were a bit slow in getting my order together, in fact I had to email them a 'where is my stuff', but it did eventually arrive. That is my only criticism.”

“I bought the ascorbic acid, 3kg popcorn kernels and dried mango. All products arrived on time. Excellent products. The popcorn did not pop quite well using my pot popping method which I’ve used for decades when as a young boy in Northern Nigeria, my father cultivated the crop and we had the privilege of learning to pop skillfully. To restore perfect popping, we would soak the seeds overnight and shade dry them and voila! What I love the most about the popcorn from whole food earth is that familiar scent of the popcorn I’ve always known. This scent has been missing in the other products I’ve bought but this one took me back in time! Fantastic.”

“The products are very good with a choice to purchase the organic range. Prices and offers are compatible. My order was very late and only processed due to my chasing for it. Also, I did not get my full order.”

“I am pleased with the product and especially with the long date. The delivery was a bit problematic though as I wasted 2 days waiting in for the package which I was informed had to be signed for and which did not arrive within the time slot allotted. In the end I managed to contact the deliverers who left it outside the house., which they could have done in the first place!”

“I would have given 5 stars except that in my recent order for some unknown reason I got stuck at the last step of my order process and couldn't get help soon enough. A faster and easy way to solve customer problems should be provided. At least my experience of the current system is not good. Having said that, the order was received in time and the packaging was excellent.”

“The olive oil is wonderful I’ve used this brand for ages and it tastes delicious, however delivery was not so great. It was pure luck that it didn’t arrive broken because there was not adequate wrapping and the box was falling apart.”
