“Customer service is absolutely awful. They ignore chat messages and emails although you can see them starting to type a message, they must get bored and just wander off. I would avoid these like the plague. The quality of the products is pretty grim too.”

“Great products! Shame about the after sales service. Your courier has lost the delivery and instead of taking ownership of the problem and resending I just get emails, after a couple of days, claiming you are helping me by chasing your courier. Ordered on the 21st Feb.............still nothing.”

“Such marvellous quality with a tremendous range of goods and in sensible quantities such as large bags of porridge oats and lentils , smaller bags of dried fruit; the apricots are especially delicious. All the herbs are superb and far more useful than tiny supermarket jars. Especially appreciated are the dried beans.”

“I have been sampling a range of food from Wholefood Earth and the quality is outstanding. I tried some sauerkraut with juniper berries, some Ginger Beer, my Omega Seed Mix, and dried figs.... all so delicious as I try to eat healthier.....”
