Product was in really good shape with very little unsellable damage, and I have not found anything out of date yet. There is some very nice stuff but have not found any home run items. This will sell but it will be slow and low profit. I will make a profit, but not what I was hoping for. we will see if I am wrong about the sales and I may try again.

Wasn’t to pleased with the low priced stuff we had in the box. Emailed twice and got back basically a corporate email . As a first time buyer I don’t think I’ll be coming back to buy another box based purely on the company couldn’t give me the time of day or a phone call or anything .

As a first buyer I was thinking my box will be full of exciting merchandise but unfortunately it wasn’t, I appreciated that you actually sent a Replacement box but the second box wasn’t impressive as well, that’s why I rated it a 3. I’ve watched a lot of unboxing and I’ve seen a lot of really nice stuff people received in their general merchandise but I didn’t expect that I will receive stuff that I can’t actually sell. Since I received both boxes I haven’t sold any item so that is not encouraging.

it was ok, well packaged though i did get some damage but it's going to happen, had a couple of expired items. Will I purchase again? Maybe. This wasn't the worst lot I have received but it wasn't great.

The items was not what I was expecting, the yearly planner books that was sent to me are almost expired, and it was filled with school items that I don't need.

Everything was excellently packaged no complaints there,some damaged items but not to many which is to be expected. But was a little disappointed about the quantity of expired items and soon to be expired items.

I recently purchased a general merchandise case pack pallet and shipping was faster than expected. Would have given 5 stars but most of the pallet was clothes which I don't sell. A few of the item's I received were not case packed and had some damage on the packaging. I also received a couple broken items. I won't be purchasing another unmanifested pallet again unless they remove clothing out of there general merchandise. In all everything was brand new and ready for resell with less than 2% damaged items as they state in there listing.

I liked the breakdown service for shipping but the product we received was not that great the pallet was way overpriced for the merchandise we received we will not buy again.

I ordered a box of 100 items & 31 items were missing, I did get a $62 refund & a special code discount to use for my next order, I did order again a day or 2 ago & tried to use the discount code they gave me & it would not work it was for $20 but I did still put my order through, out of the products I did receive there was nothing damaged, I was happy with that

Lots of variety of items. Value of product after shipping is not exceptional. Several items were either expired or packaging was so destroyed the product had fallen out.

Shipping was faster then expected, items were nicely secured in the box. Only complaint is 1/2 the make up was damaged and broken open, as well as some expired.

I am satisfied enough with my HBA box. Alot of the stuff I got will probably sell but not quickly. I have had it listed for over a month and have sold 2 things of makeup foundation. Some things like the 6 bottles of hair conditioner and bottles of mouthwash will bring very low profit cause of weight.. Some eye shadow broke open in shipments and got all over the other makeup labels. Had to clean the labels off before listing. That being said, for the most part, things were packed very well. Way better then Bulq and cost per item was reasonable. Also way better then Bulq. I would buy again with the knowledge that with the good comes the bad. I knew that before too. Hopefully I will make back what I paid but deffinately no large profit if that. Its a gamble but they are fair. Decent variety and pretty good quality. Just not overly impressed with the luxery items. Worth trying once to see how it goes.

My large box arrived quickly, once it was actually shipped. There was a small box inside the larger box with larger size body wash and other “pump” type containers. But one of the pump containers is damaged and leaked on over 50% of the other containers in that small box.

Love the website and it’s very easy to order! Packaging is also phenomenal. I expected only health & personal care but received a good bit of makeup items that have low value and are not what I’m interested in. Would love to get a box that is strictly personal care - there’s a reason I didn’t order a makeup box!
