“before selling these items, make sure you open them to ensure they are full & new. I have also had a customer bring a case saying the olay product isn't authentic. Some of the items have been great, just check them. I can also say that my order was packed well. I think I went into it blind following a u tube influencer that was promoting Wholesale Ninjas”

“First off the count was short, but you adjusted that for me. Thank you. I am a reseller as most of your customers probably are. The items included in the order are overall unsellable. I may be able to quickly turn over about 30% of the items and maybe break even. The other items may have value, there is so.e jewelry but I don't know what the value is or how to market it. And then there is about 30% of just junk, cheap plastic toy hair accessories and plastic bracelets. There was also a case pack of plastic tumblers that are unsellable and will probably just keep for myself. So I probably will not buy again.”

“The quality of your product is excellent. Both the pallet and the HBA no cosmetics box. That being said approximately half of my pallet was clothes and shoes....That's a LOT of clothes and shoes for a GENERAL MERCHANDISE pallet. I felt comfortable buying from you because your website said you didn't currently have any clothes lots available which I try to avoid selling. I now know why.....they're on the GENERAL MERCHANDISE pallets. As for now we are not doing business again! If you get some sort of manifest operation going we probably will because the quality of the product was new as described but for there not to be a single toy or consumer electronics on an 8 foot pallet that is half clothes and marketed as GENERAL MERCHANDISE simply isn't worth the risk.”

“Service was great. Shipping went fine. (was a couple of days late due to freight line and had nothing to do with Wholesale Ninjas!) WN did a great job on boxing and packaging. Almost every item in the box was new. However, as an online reseller with eBay and FB Marketplace, the products in my box were not a good investment as the items were not ones I could resell at a good enough profit to be worth my time. Generally, when I have bought merchandise like this in the past, there is usually at least one or two big ticket items in the lot that helps you recoup your investment. The rest of the small stuff that you sell becomes your profit. I did not really have any big (enough) ticket items in my lot to help me with this. So my normal strategy with this did not pan out and I am now revising my plan on what to do. I am probably going to try and get them sold at a flea market. I am not going to try purchasing from WN in the general merchandise category again. Might try the health and beauty if I do try WN again. It was worth a try though. Now I know!”

“I want to love this company, but this is the second time I ordered and I will be lucky to make my money back. I did not the first time with general merchandise and now I bought HBA with a referral from a you tuber. Not a great resource for eBay resale. At least not the 2 I purchased. I was looking for a long term supplier. I’m better off going local.”

“GOOD EASY TO ORDER FAST SHIPPING LOW COST SHIPPING PACKAGED VERY WELL NOT SO GOOD SOME PRODUCTS EXPIRATION DATES WERE SOON TO EXPIRE. NON TRENDING PRODUCTS I THOUGHT THE COST WAS EXCELLENT UNTIL I RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE. NO PROFIT. ALTHOUGH, I ONLY USE SOME OF THESE PRODUCTS IT WAS MORE BENEFICIAL FOR ME TO KEEP THEM VS SELLING THEM. I WOULD HAVE RATHER USED THE $180.00 TO BUY WHAT I LIKE. LIVE AND LEARN. THIS IS NOT FOR ME.”

“Product was in really good shape with very little unsellable damage, and I have not found anything out of date yet. There is some very nice stuff but have not found any home run items. This will sell but it will be slow and low profit. I will make a profit, but not what I was hoping for. we will see if I am wrong about the sales and I may try again.”

“Wasn’t to pleased with the low priced stuff we had in the box. Emailed twice and got back basically a corporate email . As a first time buyer I don’t think I’ll be coming back to buy another box based purely on the company couldn’t give me the time of day or a phone call or anything .”

“As a first buyer I was thinking my box will be full of exciting merchandise but unfortunately it wasn’t, I appreciated that you actually sent a Replacement box but the second box wasn’t impressive as well, that’s why I rated it a 3. I’ve watched a lot of unboxing and I’ve seen a lot of really nice stuff people received in their general merchandise but I didn’t expect that I will receive stuff that I can’t actually sell. Since I received both boxes I haven’t sold any item so that is not encouraging.”

“it was ok, well packaged though i did get some damage but it's going to happen, had a couple of expired items. Will I purchase again? Maybe. This wasn't the worst lot I have received but it wasn't great.”

“I recently purchased a general merchandise case pack pallet and shipping was faster than expected. Would have given 5 stars but most of the pallet was clothes which I don't sell. A few of the item's I received were not case packed and had some damage on the packaging. I also received a couple broken items. I won't be purchasing another unmanifested pallet again unless they remove clothing out of there general merchandise. In all everything was brand new and ready for resell with less than 2% damaged items as they state in there listing.”
