Ordered 600 lot of nail polish. Received all low end product. They advertise a mixture of both higher and low product but only received low priced product. Probably will not order from again.

I purchased a Drugstore General Merchandise box and it was full of low profit items. Bad investment for resellers. The most valuable item in the box was used. Wholesale Ninjas offered me a $20 credit to compensate for the used item, but I will not be buying from them again.

I ordered the drugstore high piece count pallet and used the pallet breakdown service. The order arrived in good time. The boxes were packed well with little damage. My only complaint is that out of my 600 items, there were so many repeat items, like 40 water bottles and 50 foot rollers. I mostly got exercise products like back rollers and yoga mats. I didn't receive any of the other things that were said to come in these pallets. For 600 items I would have liked to see more variety. I won't be ordering again from Wholesale Ninjas as the products they sell are alot of the same items that do not sell well enough to make any sort of profit for resellers.

I like the necklaces but the pomp pomp pins I got too many those don't look like they would sell I was hoping to get earrings

As always the packing was fabulous, everything was solid. I was disappointed with the nail polish lot, as a small ebay person I have to watch my spending. Looking at the nail polish listing I comped my prices from their ad. The problem is I received none of what was pictured, I only got two brands out of the 300 pieces and a third of those have no sale history at all on ebay, this hurts and will take a while to recover financially

I knew that I was not going to receive the exact merchandise on the photos but I was a bit disappointed. Of the 300 pieces, there were many duplicates. I received only 8 different products which consisted of about 30 of the same exact items. Very disappointing. One of the items leaked but I was lucky it was only cuticle oil so I was able to wipe everything down with no issues.

The majority of the product was in very good condition. No damage but they were not of a value that can be easily resold for profit. Obviously i will track my sales and determine if this is something i will purchase again in the puture.

Before leaving this review I contacted customer support I was/am very unhappy with my order I received so many of the same items that I have had so much trouble turning a profit out of 400 items I've sold only 2 items. To possibly make a profit, I would probably have to purchase a Cricut, dye, and sewing machine and get creative. I received about 54 of these horrible dinosaur print button-up shirts sizes L-XXL unless you're a toddler you wouldn't be caught in that ...109 plain TEEs a whole bunch of neon gloves it was disappointing when the pictures showed I would get an assortment of things not 5 different products in bulk. The price was fair and so was shipping but I'd rethink purchasing anything ever again. I have to spend more money to be able to potentially profit if not take it as a complete loss.

Items were not to bad will make my money back, took awhile to get shipped, also had 13 items out of 200 that were unusable Did a HBA order, may try different type of lot but not this one again

I have been buying from you for almost two year but now I buy and receive mostly expired or about to expire. I adore you but you must be more mindful I can't sell expired things such as make up / personal care items. PS NO MORE FACIAL MASK NO ONE BUYS THESE THINGS.

I love the ability to have affordable options for sourcing merchandise.  It's a very seamless ordering process, and quick delivery even with our mail system being unstable.  I did, however, have some issues with damaged,  open and expired items.  There wasn't a huge percentage, but enough to take notice.  The only other issue I've noticed is they can be a little heavy handed in regard to item category. One of my "Mixed Makeup Lots" was primarily lipsticks that apparently don't have seals.  I do still continue to order from them because even though these small problems add up; It's still the best deal in town with quality items to resource.

I waited to get my second lot to actually give wholesale ninjas a review. My first general merchandise pallet was absolutely worth it. Very good quality items. Was able to make a profit. Now my second box lot of general merchandise was absolutely trash. About 85% of items were from China. I would have never bought this lot had I known that. Yes its unmanifested but at least have items close to what is described on their site. I got VERY cheap items that I know I won't be able to sell. I will give them one last try before I can decide if I will order from them again. It's either a hit or miss with wholesale ninjas.

Too many broken, unsealed, low value items in this box to be profitable. Many of these items could be found at Dollar Tree. The good items I got I didn't get multiples of, other than a few makeup items. For the most part, this box was a flop. I won't be buying any more.

I was disappointed when some of the higher price items came in used and broken. I had 12 items come in damaged. I will try WHOLESALE NINJAS again. Hopefully my second try will be better.

I liked the products but they were some open bottles, that I kept. I've lost a profit on those bottles, NOT a good thing! and a couple of eyeliners were dried up! You must have your workers ensure that the bottle is tightly closed, before sending them out to your customers!

There were more items that I couldn't resell or of little resale value than I hoped for. There were also not enough higher value items that make up for the losers. I do have mixed feelings, but I will buy again and hope for better results next time.
