“Whilst the product I purchased proved to be faulty resulting in me getting a refund, the service provided by Wido has been excellent. I received a reply within 24 hours to my initial contact and there were various e mails between us over the next few days. I received a replacement item which proved faulty and this is due to a manufacturing problem - nothing to do with Wido. Although I didn't end up with an item I would definitely use Wido again as their Customer Service Team are a great reflection of the company values.”

“A very efficient company. Product easy to order and pay for. It was delivered on the date I requested, easy to change date that comes automatically and was actually earlier than their 1 hour time slot. I will use this company again and highly recommend it. The oven which we ordered is in gull use and excellent.”

“Honestly things were not very good at 1st , damaged packages and to the goods inside. However after contacting Wido , the matter was sorted out within days. Leaving me very pleased I had done business with them. Up and beyond the call as they say , was Their response , very satisfied customer now.”

“Service and delivery excellent, however I am very disappointed with the product. The chair wobbles considerably when you are sitting on it and there is no foot rest which makes the stool very uncomfortable for clients to sit on for any length of time.”
