Have issues with a leak on my backwash and have had NO response at all from WIDO after I emailed my concerns

The BBQ was delivered promptly, but when the item was unpacked I found that there a couple of bits missing. I emailed Wido immediately about the situation and received and automated reply stating they would get back to me as soon as possible. At time of writing this review it has been 3 weeks since I emailed the company and I still have not received a reply let alone the replacement parts - I'm really not impressed with their customer service.

Super fast delivery. Product is great..although has damage / marking to the front which isn’t great to the eye at all. I have contacted customer services like it says to do so immediately to resolve any issues that arrive.. I have had no response yet unfortunately regarding my product which is disappointing and let’s the shopping experience with Wido down.

We purchased the oil drum BBQ and although the product itself is good and delivery was very quick, it requires self assembly and was missing the two hinge screws for the lid! We had already invited people for a BBQ so had to find and purchase new screws last minute to put the lid on.

I bought a gazebo that was fantastic and the delivery service was great but one side is faulty and one pole is bent.

My BBQ arrived I put it together I didn't have the correct legs for side table, I had a massive crack in the ash tray the lid hinges were all bent so my lid is wonky there was also some minor dents not the best for the money I spent i wouldn't recommend.

We purchased a charcoal bbq with lid and bottle opener for 140 pounds. The item arrived promptly. We assembled it the next day. The instructions leaflet is so basic that it lacks vital information and makes the assembly process really cumbersome despite two individuals well versed in flat pack fittings. In fact the bbq did not contain any fixtures for the bottle opener and several parts are slightly bent not allowing for good fit. As is happens we also found the same bbq 20% cheaper in another store. We emailed Wido about all of this asking them to offer us a partial discount about a faulty item but a week later I have still not heard anything. Their phone lines are also not in action due to COVID! I find the whole service inadequate and unprofessional. It's a real shame as I would expect much more from a British company.

Purchased a gazebo from Wido, Quality of the gazebo was ok but the fixings were not great as certain fixings were unusable. Also box turned up looking like it had been in a severe accident picture does not get over how bad the rest of the box was, it was so damaged And open I found parts from other stuff that must of been near it in the warehouse. Also had no dispatch emails or anything. Was ok experience probably would not purchase from this site again.

perfect delivery within 24hrs but item received faulty still waiting for confirmation of replacement 10 days ago. Was asked to send photos of damage and still waiting for a response

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but having given this company a chance to respond and rectify, then I feel that it is fair. Ordered an item Saturday afternoon (next working day delivery), still no news by Tuesday so I emailed to ask for an update. No response. Item arrived unannounced on Wednesday afternoon. It was a sofa set for outside so a heads up would have definitely been appreciated. Upon assembly, I discovered that a key part was badly damaged, and sent an email that evening along with photos. It is now Friday and I have not received one response from the company to date. I’ve waited as I know people are possible short staffed at the moment but I believe that even a holding response of some type would have been appropriate. Really disappointed and will now be asking for a refund rather than an exchange as I have no confidence in the advertised 2 year warranty and how well that would be managed.

Not happy at all, I purchased a patio 4 chair and table cube set. When I opened the table box only to find the wrong legs for the table. Sent an email with the complaint and received a reply stating that the correct legs have been ordered, not had any delivery date as of today.

Easy to order and was kept up to date with delivery but the product is so not worth the money...bits of wood coming away...wood cracked when trying to out in a screw and the instructions were rubbish...if it was 75% of the price I paid I’d understand but not what I paid! What a waste.

The delivery was as promised and the item I purchased is functional and works well. However, assembling it was a nightmare. Parts did not fit correctly and I had to bend and twist items to make them fit. That meant it took much longer a lot more effort.

The cabinets came broken. 1 doesn’t stand without a wobble, the other one the draw is broken and it doesn’t shut. I have emailed regarding a refund.
