“I still have not received the chair yet I have to keep checking DHL website to check but always gonna be the next day and the next day and never gets delivered and only way I find out it’s not coming is to check the website as DHL do not message me to tell me so can’t go out anywhere for exercise with the children as I wait in just in case”

“I am so pleased with the bench that I ordered from Wido - it is even better than it looked on the website. The order process was very easy, and it was delivered very fast. However, when putting it together (which was also very simple) it became clear that the bracing strut is bent out of shape, as are the welded bolts that it should be screwed to, so it is impossible to attach this. We will have to either grind the bolts off and start again or find a way to bend the strut. It's so disappointing, as until this moment, everything was perfect.”

“Our wido product was delivered completed broken, it was a clear a ‘bodge job’ had been attempted where resin was filled in between wood. Ordered this for my sons birthday - very disappointed. I hope Wido do the right thing and refund me and collect immediately. I will update review accordingly with the outcome.”

“Great price, good delivery, the only problem was that one of the mounts welded in the leg had been very poorly welded and had fallen off. Had to source a nylock nut to stand-in. Would have returned but needed urgently”

“Bought "toy box with seat", advertised as wood - turned out to be melamine coated chipboard. Instructions for self assembly - pictures did not match correct positioning of parts, predrilled holes for hinges badly positioned, slot for hardboard insert not fully cut. Will not purchase Wido again and will not recommend.”

“My parcel was left outside in the rain all day by the courier. The items inside were faulty and damaged. Took 10 days for replacement parts with no offer of a refund or return. Certainly wouldn't use again or recommend to others.”

“Screw holes were too big for the screws had to buy no more nails to put unit together with. Not ideal. Contacted customer service and had a poor response weren’t bothered about the extra hassle I had and extra cost.”

“This oven has no seal so the heat comes out resulting in the oven taking for ever to get to temperature and food taking forever to cook. Also turned up with a dint in the top of it.”
