So i ordered a race car bed. No tracking or delivery time was given i had to ring for this, which i was given a around time and it was 41 st place for delivery. The item came the paint and wood where marked/ damaged and the screws had left the packaging. The instructions where poor and incorrect. The holes where also in different places to the instructions. As putting the bed together the wood was very flimsy and became damaged.

Arrived quickly. Easily to put together. But covered in scratches and black marks - had to keep it because I didn’t have time to swap!

Instruction given to put the bed together was not clairly explained, I also had a defective stool the bottom clip was broken when I open the box. You said items was two years guarantee can you send me a statement to represent this?

on arrival our desk cooker would not work.despite having people looking at it no fault could be found until we seen that the power wire with plug leading to cooker had splits in the wire.could we send it back please?

Looking forward to receiving my item unfortunately as opened box and still in the packeding provided front radiator covers are snapped and therefore damaged and waiting for response to collect and refunded ,susy x

Not happy, only two out of the three beauty beds are fit for purpose. One bed has no holes for the fixings and there's no nuts and bolts. The underneath lining wasn't stapled onto the board. I cant get through on the phone to return it and receive a refund. Voicemail box is full.

Product great for the price and free next day delivery is good but was not given an approximate time of delivery, so had to wait in all day. Two items were also missing out of the parcel, missing parts will be resent but have to wait nearly a week.

I was asked to pay for the product ( wheelie bin ) but then received an email the next day saying they were out of stock! I was told the money would be refunded and asked to put myself on the waiting list. Please can you put my name on the waiting list and inform me when the bins are available to buy

Very prompt delivery of a salon backwash and chair but cannot download the instructions and have emailed and called but no response,so I have the item with no idea how to install it so a complete waste of money unless customer service can answer there phone or reply to my emails..

Superfast delivery and easy to navigate website. However afersales support wasn't good - very slow response on emails and they take ages to answer the phones.

Very disappointed that the marble Parasol stand i purchased had been cracked and glued back together. Phoned up and they asked for a photo of the damage which i did straight away;after 48hr nobody had come back to me. I then phoned again and a chap said he would send another but currently out of stock, but would notify me when it was in. Disappointedly , after another 48hr i was notified by emailthat the item was OOS (presumably out of stock) and a refund would be issued.

Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the delivery. I suppose to have my parcel on Friday never came. I have to call many times Tuffnells is the company how does the delivery and the don’t have a good costumer service is rubbish. Finally I had my parcel on Monday afternoon. Very disappointed ☹️

Having only 1 delivery person for 2 parcels of 30kg+ each, and leaving them in the building hall instead of taking them to the apartment is a shame. Good sofa bed otherwise, just had a bit of mould.

Product is great, can't complain about the cost as was a bargain, customer service poor, stated 24 hour delivery if ordered before 2pm, took over 48 hours to come, I emailed a complaint and got told system was faulty which delayed dispatch which I can understand, complaint was not taken seriously as no response from second email, site states you will be notified of dispatch, I received no email about delay and no email when dispatched, very bad customer service.
