Things are missing ask for fix it's but the costumer service are rude

I purchased a gazebo which we put up on Monday bank holiday as we had a garden party, I was very disappointed about the poor quality of the materials it was very flimsy , and also the Velcro sticks were very awkward to join together as they were not long enough, also the poles kept disconnecting and was very dangerous as we had young children playing in the gazebo. We then decided to put the gazebo down after 1 hour,as was not suitable ( I have been trying to ring for the past 2 days but nobody has answered the phone ) please reply back

The BBQ I bought arrived bent and parts are broken, not a good beginning!! Being a retired engineer I managed to straighten all the bent metal covers, as for the broken part, this was on one of the legs, the brass nut insert was missing! Therefore I had a problem with hanging the side table. I finally solved my problem another way.

Wouldn’t shop with them again unless damaged will charge you for retuning item furniture

The delivery was very good and quick,but when I opened the box and put it together I realised that the chairs or a totally different colour than the umbrella, I ordered a cream patio set but the chairs are a pink white the umbrella is the right colour of cream ...looks totally stupid .not happy .....

Didn't send an email to track item as promised, so it was delivered while out and left on front step. a huge box so couldn't get up steps with handrail. As I am disabled had to call someone to put it in garage for me. Today son-in-law has tried to assemble it for me but screws and washers pack was split open in box, hence washers missing. He has had to go 6 miles to try to get some more washers. Can't comment on comfort of set as I don't know when I'll be able to sit on it!!

I was impressed by the quality of the garden furniture I bought. However, i was given no delivery update via email as per my order confirmation. And when I emailed you to ask when my order would be delivered, it was ignored - I had no response. Shocking considering I’d just spent £230 with you. When I came to assemble the furniture, I found that there was one piece missing - the support bar of one of the single chairs. I can’t say this has been a the best shopping experience I’ve had.

There was no problem with the ordering of the goods and the the delivery but the box was half open and taped up and looked bashed and whilst, when we built up the garden cupboard, there were three pieces either broken or cracked and we were therefore very disappointed in the state of the box and the pieces inside. We needed the cupboard urgently otherwise it would have been returned, we had to tape up one of the shelves and fit the broken part in with tape and the missing piece in the door is still there as the missing piece was not there loose in the box. Obviously this has been returned by a previous customer and no-one has taken the time to properly repack it or ensure that all pieces were intact. Overall therefore not a happy customer and will not certainly be recommending your company to anyone. Very poor and our photos of the packaging and broken parts reflect this. In fact it would be very nice if someone came back to me and explained how you could possibly send out such shoddy goods.

Excellent ordering and delivery experience and the chair was easy to put up BUT my first client sat on the chair and their trousers dyed the seat/fake leather, I contacted customer services but they said it was classed as wear and tear. Gutted x

Bought a radiator cover. Was delivered the next day however was slightly damaged. To be honest I couldn’t be bothered to return but the product quality itself is poor and feels cheap

Postage wasn't next day as stated.I paid £15 and that's standard postage. Ridiculous pricing. You have to look into the terms to see that Northern Ireland doesn't apply. It doesnt state it in the advertising banner across the top, not even an asterisk to lead me to believe other terms apply. Very underhand method of advertising. Will be my last purchase from this site.

Bought massage bed which was delivered on time but brackets didn't fit so it wasn't possible to put it together. Tried to ring several times but just got a message saying they were busy and please call back later. They did respond to email though.

We were really pleased we found the storage box we were looking for and the delivery time was excellent.On arrival we noted that the base of the box was damaged as though something heavy had been put inside it. We didn't expect the quality to be 5 star having consideration for the price paid, however a little disappointed that it is damaged. As the damage is inside the box we intend to make a repair to it ourselves rather than have to go through the whole returns procedure.

The massage couch was found to damaged on delivery and will have to be collected. Sadly this leaves me unable to give many marks.
