Well, the product arrived promptly, as described, good quality and very pleased with it. Lost a critical part (the bit that holds the filter in place) and asked how much a spare part would cost. No reply for over a month

Delivery was fast, delivery guy was great. But the product came broken, the box was all tape up. We was told any missing parts we can call to get. I don't feel I should have to do this on a product that clearly shouldn't be sent out. Still awaiting for my refund.

Next day delivery as promised at checkout . Gazebo packaging was damaged during transit so gazebo poles bent/ scratched. Contacted wido - still awaiting response .

Parcel arrived in terrible condition with damage to the box at bottom with product hanging out emailed customer care with reply of well is it damaged emailed back saying it wasn’t but delivery needs reviewing

I would of scored you higher as my initial customer service issue was dealt with seamlessly, however on receiving my fire pit which came damaged and without the fixing kit I am still awaiting a response from my email to inform you that the received goods are damaged. Andrew J Bowen WA4 6EB.

the delivery said next day thats why i ordered it, emailed customer services to find out when it was coming but got nothing back, I got it 3 days later But the product is excellent well and packaged.

No issues with the service, the ordering process was straight forward and my order arrived quickly. However the item itself came with very poor assembly instructions so bad I have not yet managed to complete the assembly and fear I have wasted my money.

We put the item together and it is very flimsy . The instructions were very poor and I believe the item wasn’t worth the £199 we paid for it .

Our bench arrived yesterday, the delivery guy pointed out the damaged box and took a photo.. When we assembled our bench it was clearly buckled, straight away I took photos and emailed the issue... No one has responded....

The product arrived on time. However it was left in an unusual place and wasn’t noticed for days until another postman pointed it out.

Its a good enough trike for the price. Quite flimsy. But good enough for the amount of time that we are going to use it.

Nice bench. Sadly two of the soldered screws at each end of the brace were too short for the bolts, so it's taken us hours of trying to solve and now we are trying to get nuts to fit.

Everything went fine,but the delivery turned up on Saturday unexpectedly fortunately we had our roller shutter door up waiting for a tracked delivery

Item called 2 door black gloss sideboard , which is actually only doors are gloss on full sideboard Not what I was hoping for and the instructions to put it together are not very clearer at all Would like a reply back please

Despite having the item dispatched quickly a week on and I still haven't received it. I spent 2 hours 30 minutes on hold listening to the Can Can 75 times yes bored enough to time the track. Hung up after giving up. Email written still no response understand this is testing times but not happy and concerned item is still in limbo and undelivered

To improve your service you could send an email advising the customer of a delivery date if you are unable to meet your target of next day delivery. I think customers understand that things like bank holidays and other unprecedented circumstances like the coronavirus pandemic impacts on all services.
