“Overall the product is satisfactory. The door of the chiminea doesn't slide open and shut, instead it jams causing issues when the fire inside is lit.”

“Trampoline is very good quality and quiet. I I purchased the bar for stability. The bar actually comes to centre of the trampoline and is in the way of me e.g. doing side kicks as I cannot move anymore backwards because I am then standing on the springs. Trampoline needs to be a bit bigger than it is.”

“Delivery time was really quick. However the table came with a black mark on it, which on a white top isn’t ideal. You get what you pay for. Was meant to be used in an adult bedroom but definitely more suited for a children’s”

“The 15 drawer trolley is of very good quality. Whereas the communication is very poor. They kept me on waiting for 2 hours on call. And i ended up call in agony. You guys need to improve your communication part with the customer.”

“I did not receive a confirmation email and could not track my order on my account. I put this down to ordering on 20th of December. My order arrived on the 3rd of January. The item and cost was great.”

“The kitchen trolley that I purchased looks great and wasn't too difficult to put together, especially for a novice at flat packing like me!! However, a small piece off the middle panel broke but thankfully, it hasn't affected the look too much. One of the other panels, where the draw slides in had a loose piece too and I can't open the drawer. It does look good and for the price I'm happy enough.”

“The item is great but shipping not good at all. Parcel should be here on Firday (delivery next day, i ordered on Thursday) then on Firday i had message that the parcel will be on Monday even that the courier had my item.”

“We had a little issue with the side arms, they were coming off every time.. they may need an extra support to make sure that if someone hold him self on the back side, doesn’t come off. There was also a little stain mark on one of the armrest. Rather than that the sofa is big and look like is show to the website pictures. Thank you Martina”

“My actual shopping experience was fine, they delivered promptly when they said they would. However the quality of the bed they delivered was not good and actually already had shoddy repairs made to the wood where they had tried to cover up splits in it. It wasn’t expensive so I guess you get what you pay for, but still I’d have preferred it to have been a new bed than an obvious second or return item.”

“I bought the salon bed for my daughter it’s a bit expensive and has a three flaws. Firstly the welding on it is poor discoloured where the joints are. It was heated to high and has yellow stains which doesn’t look nice. Secondly the peddle was put on iupside down (easy fixed) Thirdly and most importantly the lifting mechanism is very hard and the chrome is rusty just underneath Which I’m really not impressed with.”

“After wondering where my parcel was, a neighbour knocked on my door to say he had taken delivery of my parcel a couple of days earlier. I had not received a note through my door or an e mail from wido to say where the parcel was. As well as this the box was damaged, see attached photo. From the dimensions on the box I decided that the item was going to be too small for what I wanted it for so I contacted wido by e mail for a return for which they would only use tuffnalls at a cost of £15 or I could find my own arrangements.”
