“Am loving this - The foaming hand soap is gentle and does not dry out my hands, the glass cleaner gave me incentive to clean my windows and just as good as my old glass cleaner. The multi purpose spray smells great and again am happy with the results. I will be switching to this permanently as I will be able to remove a lot of the plastic refills bottle I currently store - so the packets are a big win for me as a space saver and a so much less plastics for recycling”

“I love the scents as much as I love the postive impact of helping clean up the insane amount of single-use plastic waste filling up our planet. They clean amazing and seem to be just as effective as their toxic counterparts. Ocean Breeze and Wild Flowers FTW.”

“Really wanted to love these but overall quite disappointed - the bottles leak, the trigger is really hard to spray, the packets arrived with the contents all clumped so difficult to make up the sprays. Find the scents quite overpowering. Wouldn’t purchase again”

“I am a fan of wild clean products, I have the whole range and find that are equal or better to anything else I have ever bought and have the added bonus of being good for the environment. I have recently purchased two more sets for Christmas gifts I am sure my family will find them more meaningful than the usual commercial tat”

“Super prompt delivery & unwrapping the box was fun. I like the design of the bottles and the labels on them. The bathroom cleaner cleaned the ring of dirt around the bath like nobody's business but the scent is a bit full on - could it be unscented like the glass cleaner? 4.5/5 The glass cleaner works great - top points for being unscented 5/5 Handwash is deliciously foamy and doesn't make my skin drier than any other natural handwash. The scent is super strong and I'm beginning to avoid it 4/5 The powder inside the refill packets had gotten damp (possibly where I stored them) so I had to open the packet up and stuff the gooey powder into the bottle. I'm feeling smug about using a carbon negative product and reducing plastic waste. Would also buy dish wash tabs, dish liquid, laundry liquid and toilet cleaner if those products ever became a thing.”

“Window cleaner is very smeary. Great that the hand wash is sorted. Just added a new multipurpose satchet to the bottle but had to sort out the degraded plastic from the cleaning product. Getting there!”

Hey Julie- Thanks so much for the feedback and we appreciate you being a part of the journey! I had a couple of questions if you don't mind! What type of towel were you using to clean the windows with? Also we have found that if we let it dry too much before cleaning that it does leave a residue. Also - could you provide more feedback on the degraded plastic with the satchet? As you know - we use certified home compostable packaging which is a great Plus but learning that we need to store it in cool & dry areas so the packaging doesn't start to break down. Thanks so much for reaching out and providing feedback!

“Have had problems with the soap pump blocking. Have been running hot water through nozel but it keeps happening. The family get very frustrated with it and say throw it out, but I know Wildclean will sort it out. Also unfortunately I don't think the bathroom cleaner is very good.”

“Honestly, I want to love this company and product, but I was soo disappointed in the packaging. The compostable plastic lining had started to break down which meant moisture got into the little sachets. This made it an absolute mission to get the product out of them and into a bottle. My spray bottles ended up with equal parts shredded plastic and cleaner in them. The product itself seems pretty good, but the packaging needs to be fixed.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to write, we're really sorry you've had a sub-par experience with the packaging. Unfortunately, the tradeoff with using 100% home compostable packaging is that it's susceptible to the elements, so high humidity and moisture can affect performance. We’re trying something new with Home Compostable film and would love to chat to you about your experience directly. We've found that storing sachets in an airtight container in a dry spot in your home prevents packaging breakdown, but we're really interested in your experience.
