“Super prompt delivery & unwrapping the box was fun. I like the design of the bottles and the labels on them. The bathroom cleaner cleaned the ring of dirt around the bath like nobody's business but the scent is a bit full on - could it be unscented like the glass cleaner? 4.5/5 The glass cleaner works great - top points for being unscented 5/5 Handwash is deliciously foamy and doesn't make my skin drier than any other natural handwash. The scent is super strong and I'm beginning to avoid it 4/5 The powder inside the refill packets had gotten damp (possibly where I stored them) so I had to open the packet up and stuff the gooey powder into the bottle. I'm feeling smug about using a carbon negative product and reducing plastic waste. Would also buy dish wash tabs, dish liquid, laundry liquid and toilet cleaner if those products ever became a thing.”

“Window cleaner is very smeary. Great that the hand wash is sorted. Just added a new multipurpose satchet to the bottle but had to sort out the degraded plastic from the cleaning product. Getting there!”

Hey Julie- Thanks so much for the feedback and we appreciate you being a part of the journey! I had a couple of questions if you don't mind! What type of towel were you using to clean the windows with? Also we have found that if we let it dry too much before cleaning that it does leave a residue. Also - could you provide more feedback on the degraded plastic with the satchet? As you know - we use certified home compostable packaging which is a great Plus but learning that we need to store it in cool & dry areas so the packaging doesn't start to break down. Thanks so much for reaching out and providing feedback!

“Hi Wild Clean, I love the Multi-Purpose & Bathroom Cleaners, but am not getting clean mirrors after using the glass cleaner. I rewarmed the glass cleaner, reshook, waited & resprayed the mirrors. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? Hoping you can help. Thanks. A 2nd question. What is the difference between multi-purpose & bathroom cleaners? I'm used to using only multi-purpose. Also, I have a wet area shower & vanity in the bathroom; & a toilet & hand basin in the toilet. Thanks.”

“We had initial problems with the hand soap dispenser but WildClean were quick to send out information about how to resolve that and now it's fine. Great product, does the job as advertised.”

“Am loving this - The foaming hand soap is gentle and does not dry out my hands, the glass cleaner gave me incentive to clean my windows and just as good as my old glass cleaner. The multi purpose spray smells great and again am happy with the results. I will be switching to this permanently as I will be able to remove a lot of the plastic refills bottle I currently store - so the packets are a big win for me as a space saver and a so much less plastics for recycling”

“Love the creamy hand soap. The bottles are a great design and give a good spray coverage. Feel good quality. One product (perhaps lavender?) smells like a commercial cheap cleaner. Suggest more natural/earthy fragrances could appeal more? Glass cleaner is quite streaky. One sachet didn’t have any powder in it. Overall, loving it!”

“The products are lovely - I just had a problem pouring the powders out of the little sachets. The powders had all become a bit moist - Probably from the high humidity at the time so they didn't pour out easily and quiet a bit was left in the sachets. Thanks Vicki”

“All the products do a good job of cleaning and it's good not to have to buy new plastic bottles all the time, but I should have bought just the sachets and used old spray bottles that I already had, becasue the price for the bottles seem quite high. But I don't regret my purchase.”

“Really nice smelling products but clean surfaces as good, if not better than supermarket products. The bottles are also aesthetically pleasing in the home. One issue was with the hand soap sachet, when I went to put it in the bottle it had all stuck together and was hard to get out.”

“hand wash does dry my hands out a bit, wish you could get the and soap refills (maybe they are coming), LOVE The bathroom and multi-purpose cleaners, wish you could choose the refills you want as i dont go through them all at the same rate”
