“Have had problems with the soap pump blocking. Have been running hot water through nozel but it keeps happening. The family get very frustrated with it and say throw it out, but I know Wildclean will sort it out. Also unfortunately I don't think the bathroom cleaner is very good.”

“Honestly, I want to love this company and product, but I was soo disappointed in the packaging. The compostable plastic lining had started to break down which meant moisture got into the little sachets. This made it an absolute mission to get the product out of them and into a bottle. My spray bottles ended up with equal parts shredded plastic and cleaner in them. The product itself seems pretty good, but the packaging needs to be fixed.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to write, we're really sorry you've had a sub-par experience with the packaging. Unfortunately, the tradeoff with using 100% home compostable packaging is that it's susceptible to the elements, so high humidity and moisture can affect performance. We’re trying something new with Home Compostable film and would love to chat to you about your experience directly. We've found that storing sachets in an airtight container in a dry spot in your home prevents packaging breakdown, but we're really interested in your experience. “We are having trouble with the hand soap dispenser. It worked well to begin with and now won't pump out. Haven't tried all the products yet. Jackie”

“I was disappointed that the contents were difficult for me to manage into the container Some was powder and others were sticky. My cleaning person doesn’t not like the ingredients - she is very eco conscious and gets allergies in skin so will not try it. I prefer te concept of the sachet that you insert in bottle that dissolves in water. Is there a video of openings sacerdotal an putting in te bottle Maybe it is a technique issue Bottles seemed sturdy. Prefer no smell in products”

“The hand soap is a bit of an issue. But I got an email that a new formlua is out soon. And the customer service was great. Keep it up look forward to seeing the new products”
