“Sold our house with Wilsons last year. They are an outstanding team offering excellent value for money. We sold within a few weeks and despite some challenges in the chain they helped us address them to a successful conclusion. We have bought and sold many houses over the years but the service we received from Wilsons exceeded any other estate agent service we have experienced. We recommend them without reservation!”

“Chris and the team were a pleasure to deal with - understanding our situation quickly and doing everything possible to move our sale along. We were impressed at their use of a professional photographer and attention to detail, helping us secure a sale within ten days of going on the market. We love our new house and don't intend to move again soon, but if we did, we would certainly use Wilsons again.”

“We sold a maisonette via Wilson's earlier in 2016. They are a small, independent, local agency and we felt their particular understanding, enthusiasm and subsequent explaining of our niche property definitely helped generate extra viewings, which in turn lead to our sale. Very happy with all aspects of their service.”

“The staff at Wilsons went above and beyond their duty in assisting the sale of my property by the time I had requested. They kept me informed at all times, requested information to help move the process along and even delivered letters on my behalf to my solicitor when I couldn't park! This was not the first time I had used them as I had a very complex set of purchases and sales last year so knew I would get the result I needed. I would thoroughly recommend Wilsons, in particular Julia and Dan.”

“Wilsons are a small company - not part of a big National chain - and this makes the entire process of selling a house much more personal. The appraisal was prompt and fair, the brochure very professional with extremely good quality photographs. Feedback from viewings was always passed on to us straight away. Communication was very good and if we had any issues they were resolved immediately. If you want an Estate Agent with excellent local knowledge, a wealth of experience, professional and very friendly - then use Wilsons.”
