“Sadly disappointed. Delivery time wasn't great, they're not cheaper than the auto stores, a tiny little single blade rubber is nothing special and worse than all this the weak body of the (longer) wiper blade twists on itself creating a frightening experience of hard plastic slapping on glass at high speed with each and every swipe of the wipers as you try to navigate blindly through traffic whilst desperately turning the wipers off before something breaks! No, "it's not likely I'll recommend to a friend or colleague."”

“There was a film on the windscreen every time the wipers passed across when raining. I bought new wipers from Wipers Direct and was still experiencing the same issue. I contacted Wipers Direct and the same day I received a reply with a solution to the problem. I followed the directions and have the wipers are providing the clearest windscreen I have had in the rain for a long time. Great product, fantastic after sales service.”

“I purchased these wipers on the premise that they were genuine Mercedes Benz wipers as advertised. There not. Unfortunately they don't perfectly match the connecting point of the MB wiper arm and as a consequence proved troublesome when connecting. Furthermore when they need replacing in the future they will be difficult to remove. Am dreading that day. THe lesson is buy genuine and forget imataions.”

They are Mercedes Benz fitment wiper blades. If you want to send us an email via our website we can organise a full refund for you as an apology for the blades not being up to your standard. “Super easy tp install and very effective. I use Rain-X window cleaner which makes life easy for them. I tried these because I was disappointed with the logevity of the others. Let's hope these perform this well for longer.”
