“Easy to order and delivery was quick. As soon as they arrived I was sent an email video on how to install. Super easy and really appreciated the video, took only 2 minutes to change. Great quality wipers that do not leave any streaks.”

“My C200 is 2008, however the wipers received were for previous model before facelift so according to your details I should have ordered 2009 model for my 2008 Have since purchased genuine Merc to keep car on road. Obviously technology is great but human customer service would probably have clarified this for me You have asked for response, please understand I ‘m not complaining”

“Very prompt and responsive the wipers that I received were wrong but their response time was quick and searched to find right wipers. They didn’t have the right ones for my car and very quickly refunded my money. Thanks.”

“I bought a front and rear wiper kit but I only received the front wipers. I messaged customer service and told me that it's because the rear wiper is "sold out". They should have informed me in advance before sending the parcel. I needed the rear wiper most coz that's the broken wiper I currently have. I only bought the front and rear kit to save up. However, instead of saving up, it caused me a lot of inconvenience. Also, it takes ages for the customer service to respond. I ready sent my order back to (which I have to pay my self) and I'm still waiting for my refund.”
