“Expensive - considerably more than other quotes. Quotation required upwards revision twice. Extractor and ceiling lights missing and/or not working on completion of works (later rectified after much back and forth emailing). Dry rot returned just adjacent (literally a few cm) to an area that had been treated, not covered by guarantee of work, which led to further disruption and expense.”
