“I purchased a towel set on 15th of April. I have not received anything yet. The tracking says delivered to Veronica London GB. But my name is not Veronica and I do not live in London. I have sent various emails asking about my order without much luck so a complete waist of £100. I won't be shopping at morris and Co again wich is a shame as I really like the products/patterns.”

“The worst customer service I have experienced. After placing an order (and been charged from my account £169.20) on the 31st March I am still waiting to receive it. I have sent 5 emails to chase the delivery of my order (the UPS tracking app says it is unable to confirm the tracking as after the 2nd April it appears to have gone off the radar) and not received a single response.”
