“Wallpaper looks fantastic on the wall and next day delivery really helped. Unfortunately when our decorator was hanging the paper he experienced a lot of tarring when cutting the paper when wet which unfortunately resulted in places on the wall not with a very good finish. We also noticed imperfections in the paper as well where the colour had faded”

“Delighted with the cushion but, disappointed with the throw. The colour of the throw was not saffron, which was not a vibrant golden yellow as shown, but ochre. I do wonder if it was due to a different dye batch, due the fact that had run out of them, and then had them in stock again. Who knows? Anyway the returns process was easy and the refund swift. The quality of Morris & Co's products is very high and they definitely are always my first choice for soft furnishings.”

“Loved my wallpaper, it looks high quality and beautiful but the fabric really did not impress me. Definitely coming back for wallpaper but I’ll go elsewhere for fabric”

“Wonderful bedding. My only gripe is I would have liked the option of buying some additional matching pillowcases. They didn't sell them separately.”

“Gorgeous wallpaper. Very pleased. Unfortunately I couldn't purchase your paste as it was out of stock and although I tried to phone to ask when it would be back in stock there was no answer. Surprising and disappointing! We used a different brand which worked beautifully in the end.”

“The quality of the product is not in doubt. Two criticisms: it was only after I placed the order that I realised I was eligible for a 10% discount if I opened an account. Also, I ordered with Morris&Co because of next day delivery. UPS were due to deliver between 11 am and 3pm the following day (a Friday), which was amended to ‘by end of day’. Nothing arrived and on the Saturday was informed by UPS that delivery would be on Monday. Then, on Saturday afternoon, my wallpaper arrived: luckily I was at home. However, the wallpaper looks great in my study!”
