Called customer service today, and found out -apparently they had a wrong email address for me, and according to THEIR FedEx delivery verification, it was delivered to the wrong address! Now I am waiting for customer service to send me an affidavit for a "possible refund?!!" I also have 2 items left which are on back order, so I called back to cancel it, because I don't want to experience another episode of this all over again! I did not get the lady's name that took my call about cancelling my order,but her attitude was very unprofessional,and uncalled for!
She was very rude by talking over me, and not listening .
