“Great experience with the company. Bought some LVT, great quality and exceptional price especially with the bulk order discount. “Robert from KWF was extremely helpful and kept me informed of my orders progress. Delivered on time and dropped at doorstep by helpful delivery driver. Slight damage to pallet but, nothing too serious. Some planks had minor damage but to be expected on a large order. I would use them again.”

“Good range of wood flooring. I was hunting a pack of discontinued laminate flooring to complete a room to match rest of the property. Ordering was easy. Excellent communication. Regular updates on delivery. Delivery was within a couple of days and timed. Was only ordering small amount so found delivery charge expensive but that was just unfortunate for me. Highly recommend.”

“I found the website for Wood Flooring Kent had all the information I needed but I had a query regarding the delivery. My telephone call was answered straight away and John was very helpful. The order was followed up with emails regarding the delivery as soon as the order was placed and the laminate flooring arrived on the day specified. I received a call from the courier when he was half an hour away from the property and the delivery driver was polite and very helpful. Laminate arrived in good condition, haven't laid the floor yet but have bought laminate from the manufacturers Liberty floors before so I know the quality is good. Overall, a good experience.”
