“I was looking for flagstone laminate flooring and visited several DIY stores, but I didn't find what I needed until I discovered Wood Flooring Kent. Their specifications were excellent, and after calculating my requirements, I placed an order which went smoothly. The delivery was very quick, and I was pleased with the installation. You might ask why I gave it only 4 stars; it was because 5 packs of the flooring arrived damaged, although this wasn't apparent until I opened them. Fortunately, the laminate itself was undamaged, only the tongue-and-groove sections.”

“I found the website for Wood Flooring Kent had all the information I needed but I had a query regarding the delivery. My telephone call was answered straight away and John was very helpful. The order was followed up with emails regarding the delivery as soon as the order was placed and the laminate flooring arrived on the day specified. I received a call from the courier when he was half an hour away from the property and the delivery driver was polite and very helpful. Laminate arrived in good condition, haven't laid the floor yet but have bought laminate from the manufacturers Liberty floors before so I know the quality is good. Overall, a good experience.”
