“Contact with Finance person was HORRIBLE. He was rude and did not offer any help or advice to a first time buyer. All of his emails were 2-5 words and very short. The seller was not happy either and will be contacting management.”

“Unbelievably painless financing. I was worried that classic car financing would be complex and expensive, but Woodside proved me wrong. Everything was done very quickly, they took care of all communications with the seller, arranged the appraisal at a very reasonable price, and everything was done with almost no effort on my part. The terms they offered me were very decent; not as good as new-car financing, but at least as good as what most used car dealers can come up with. All terms were made very clear before I agreed to anything.
I knew that Woodside would sell my loan to an independent bank shortly after all financing details were finished up, and I've heard that some people ultimately weren't very happy with the bank they ended up with, so I waited to find out what bank my loan would go to before writing this review. I couldn't be happier, they have a decent online account management for scheduling payments, and getting in touch with customer service has been a joy.
So the entire experience was top notch, I'd heartily recommend Woodside to anyone looking to finance a classic car purchase.
For reference, I also applied for financing through Lightstream. The application process was much slower and less personal. They ended up declining my application despite my top notch credit score and decades-long credit history, claiming I don't have enough history (?!?). It wasn't pleasant, and I'm really glad I ended up using Woodside instead.”

“I was happy with everything for the most part everyone pre and post closing were very helpful and super responsive. I am disappointed that later in the transaction Mr. Neff in the insurance dept ignored all my emails especially after boasting how helpful and available he was going to be and he would be the go to for insurance with Haggerty… I ended up being totally ignored .
