“Scott was great, the overall process was easy and direct. My only complaint is that they included the amount due for state tax without asking me if I’d like them to do it, and then they ended up sending me a check in the amount take for that to pay the sales tax myself. Clearly they do this. To add thousands of dollars to their loan, to collect the interest. I felt that this was kinda of shady, and disingenuous, I would have given 5 stars had they not done this.”

“I was very pleased with the loan process and the help provided by your representatives. My only issue is I still have not received my registration for my truck, I have inquired numerous times about when I will get it and have been told that I will at the very least be sent a temporary registration, but I have not received anything. So I am not enjoying my vehicle because I have no registration or license plate so I can drive it.

“Very easy to do business wit but really took advantage. Charged an extra 600 dollars and an 8% interest rate. I would suggest taking a little more time and shop around for a bank. I take complete responsibility. They immediately sold the loan to Denali State Bank in Alaska. These are great people to do business with.”
