I got approval from Classic Car Collector Financing group, but Ellingson recommended that I try Crookside. I was shopping for a slightly better financing rate. Where is the crime? The effing banks ding your credit score for "inquiries". I thought this was America where 1 could do better and find competing rates. But nnooooooo.... you get dinged on your credit score for JUST inquiring with different lenders. That is not fair. A bunch of BS. Back to Crookside, the coward is too big to pick up the phone and answer my call. What a BS "company". I will stick with Classic Lenders with a lower limit and settle for an Olds when I could have bought a '55 Caddy. What a joke ! ! !”

“I applied for a auto loan with Woodside Credit with excellent credit, finally approved, then they had to appraise the vehicle, that was done and approved, now to fund the loan. I was given time after time that they would do it tomorrow then would wire the funds after the weekend on Monday, then changed it to 2:00 the next day on Tuesday. I would inform the seller of the vehicle when Woodside Credit would wire the funds to him and had to call him back to change it several times because David Cashion changed it again. I had enough promises from David Cashion so I cancelled the loan because I felt that Tuesday would be like the previous commitments he made to me. Save yourself the agony and flustration, Woodside Credit and David Cashion cannot be trusted to do what they commit to or say. There are many banks, Credit Unions, and lenders that would love to have your business, try them. Diane R.”

“I was told that unfortunately the records don’t reflect that I asked for collator plates even though I talked to several individuals that I wanted collator plates even asked for personal collator plates but was told Woodside could order me collator plates but not personal collator plates at which time I said that would be fine! Not I was told that I could take my plates back to my local DMV and exchange them! Sorry that is not acceptable to me seeing this should of been handled by Woodside. Thanks”

“Contact with Finance person was HORRIBLE. He was rude and did not offer any help or advice to a first time buyer. All of his emails were 2-5 words and very short. The seller was not happy either and will be contacting management.”

I'd like to take this opportunity to clarify inspection reports for future customers. Woodside partners with companies to provide internal reports for our Loan Underwriting. One is a collateral verification service. The purpose is to confirm that the collateral vehicle is the same one named in the loan documents (verifying the make, model, year, VIN, or Identification Number) and the superficial appearance of the vehicle. The second inspection is a market value appraisal. The purpose of this appraisal is to confirm the market value of the collateral based on recent sales of similar vehicles.
