“Thought I might order a few more items to justify the shipping cost of the caning material I’ve waited sometime for, due to an out of stock situation that probably couldn’t be helped. Unfortunately, many of the items I might have ordered were also out of stock. I’ll keep looking, but this has got to be tough on your business.”
