“Creating an account was way too difficult. It kept rejecting passwords suggested by by browser and 1Password, but no clue as to why. What are the acceptable criteria for your complex passwords? I could not figure that out while trying to create an account.”

“There is a lot of lag time in your website. When going to my cart I had to wait 30 secs to 45secs. Then when I went to check out I had to wait again and had to hit the place order a second time”

“Your site does not work well with my iPhone. Also the pictures of your products are squeezed in the emails so aspect ratio is not working. I use Chrome as my web browser.”

“When scrolling thru product listings using my phone, things get added to the cart without actually clicking on them. Its very frustrating to have to go back and forth from the cart to "continue shopping" after an unwanted item gets added to the cart. Only website I've ever had this issue with is yours.”
