“your customer service is amazing, responded to my emails so quickly and friendly, but the product (intimate hair remover) didn’t work for me unfortunately.”

“I followed the instructions and my hair isn’t stubborn, I can have a wax and it won’t make an appearance for another 3 weeks! But unfortunately the cream didn’t get rid of everything and left me with patches of hair. However saying that, the parts that were removed fully have taken around a week to start coming back:). I’ll leave it on longer in future and maybe cover the hair a bit more.”

“I used the WooWoo intimate hair removal cream and it only half worked. Cards on the table here - half my pubes came off in the shower and now the other half are super brittle and can literally just be pulled out! (gross!)”

“Good product and very gentle on the skin (Veet always gave me a rash) however does not give a reliably smooth results, it certainly trims the hair so I am happy to use it as a control method but not if I wanted to be completely smooth all over.”

“Everything was great with this order, arrived on time, and with cute packaging - however I have a couple of issues with the hair removal cream.... granted, the smell is slightly better than other hair removal creams out there. I followed the instructions perfectly and still had to leave the cream on considerably longer than was instructed in order to get the results I was promised. Even so, down there is still slightly prickly and not as smooth as I could achieve myself with careful shaving. I decided to give it another go anyways and leave the cream on for longer before going in the shower... same result, but as I was applying the cream I got a little bit on my clitoris and my God. I have never experienced pain so terrible. The stinging made me audibly whimper and cuss and has not improved even after half an hour of washing the cream off. I understand with something as brutal as hair removal substances, you should take care with application - and I did - but the pain was so unbearable, and the results frankly weren’t worth it! Let my order down as I was so excited for this product. The soothing balm and pH cleanser are great though!”

“I wanted to give this a try after seeing it advertised on social media. It was pretty straight forward to use however it didn’t work on the first try and I had to leave it on for longer than it stated. I tried it again and it seemed to work better but I would recommend waiting a day before as it started to irritate having just used it. Overall it’s straight forward and easy to use. I’m not sure if I would use it again though as it wasn’t what I expected”

“The product arrived and really cute packaging, however I do feel the hair removal still has that distinctive smell and does not remove all hair. I have left it on for 5 mins too. I think I’ll stick to waxing.”

“Hi I bought the lightening cream a few weeks ago. It smells amazing but I haven’t seen a difference yet. Maybe I need to carry on using it a bit longer. It’s call fast acting, how many weeks do I need to wear it to see a difference? But overall I think it smells and feels amazing!”
