“I bought the intimate hair removal cream. Used as directed, waited for the recommended maximum of 6 minutes as directed on the box, it didn't do anything. Very little hair was removed, waste of time and money.”

“I have used the products previously, the only thing I would advise is to send confirmation emails that the order has been placed and confirmed. I placed my order between Christmas and New year so I understood delivery would be longer than usual, no live chat available to reassure my order had been received so it was a case of waiting. My order has now been received”
