“Delivery was slow, product isn’t great, tried it 3 times and even leaving the product on for longer than the recommended time does not remove all hair even when there is minimal regrowth, seems to cut the hair off at about a mm long leaving skin feeling like Velcro. Really disappointed with the product given the price point of it.”

“1 star is generous, I would give none. Absolutely awful product. Didn’t get rid of a single hair!! On second application, left chemical burns - if you Google this company followed by “chemical burns” you will see many others have had this issue. I have emailed and DM’d on insta and have had no response from customer services. DO NOT BUY!!!!”

“My parcel was “shipped” on the 2nd of December and has been saying its “out for delivery” since the 4th. It is now the 17th of December and I have still not received it. I emailed about this on the 15th of December and I have not had any response. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using the products and I have spent money on something that was never delivered.”

“First try had good result... legs were really smooth... need practice on under carriage to ensure correct coverage but i am sure i will get used to it and it was lovely to not end up with shaving bumps!”

“I do have really sensitive skin and previous creams have really burnt where this didn’t sting at all. My hair was quite long but it removed it within the 6 minutes. The smell is good too.”

“Absolutely useless. Didn't remove a single hair. Messy. Said apply with applicator. There wasn't one. It smells awful, just like all the main brand removal creams. I genuinely don't know how people can rate it as more than one. I can only assume it works if you have very fine sparse hair because it really didn't work on mine.”

“I was excited to use this product but it just doesn't work!! No hair removed, a red rash for my trouble and yes I did follow the instructions. Such a disappointment and a waste of money.”
