I had my Coinbase wallet wiped out in a single transaction. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get a hold of Coinbase support Teams. This transaction emptied out all my Ethereum and Bitcoin. This was not me and I needed help after losing roughly 821,000 dollars. I went to the police to file a report and they also failed to help me. A gentleman at the stiction walked up to me and handed me a note that contained an Email address (lisaellzabet 662  @  gm ail  .  com) and this number(+1 301 658 0921) he told me this recovery company could help me. And truly after getting in touch them and submitting every documentation within 72 hours i got a mail she was able to recover all my funds and also revealed the men behind the dirty act. I’ve been a customer of this app for the last 9 years, always sending money back home to my family in Colombia. It has always been very good except for the last 3 weeks. I sent a small amount of money to my Dad. He went to pick it up as usual after getting confirmation that it was ready. After visiting 3 different bank branches, he was turned away because the money wasn’t available. I contacted the app multiple times and all the agents gave the same answer, affirming that the money was available, which it wasn’t. Agent after agent, none of them provided any solution. After 2 weeks, the money still hasn’t been collected, and I haven’t been able to get my money back. Their excuse is that they are going to check with their “partner,” but after every conversation with the agents, there is no solution for me. They said a manager would call me back, but that hasn’t happened either. They just repeated the same silly script over and over, they had not empathy for the customer. In short, this has been an absolute nightmare. I can’t believe how they are playing with someone else’s money and circumstances. My amount is small, but it’s not about that. It’s the fact that they can’t take responsibility for their mistakes and can’t provide quick solutions and compensation for their errors. I’m furious and will make sure to never use this app again. I still don’t have my money back, no solution or any tangible compensation, what an absolute nightmare this has been!!

I send my family money through world remit , second after i sent i sow the transection was been cancelled and queued to the refund policy. I tried to contact them to explain how argent this money needed they simply ignored my point read it the same words who been thought and hang over the phone i was loyall to them but no more thou i heard complaints from ghana nageria and i was sending the mony to somaliya .there fore i had but my attention to this and try to provide all the negative of world remit.

World Remit is one of those companies which is a great idea but fails dismally and dangerously due to the gross incompetence of their terrible local partners. When you need to send money to someone in strife, it can, and has, caused huge trouble and threat to life. The main culprit, unsurprisingly, is Gcash in the Philippines. Their incompetence staggers the imagination. World Remit needs to find a way where the client is able to immediately get a return on their money so they can send it via other means or be able to transfer the money to another working partner. The return policy means that now you are out of money, your poor recipient has no money and you have to wait 1 to 7 days to get the money back. The suffering that this engenders is simply awful and unacceptable. If a world remit partner has technical difficulties then customers should be informed IMMEDIATELY so they have the option to send other ways.There should be red alerts on the app a constant and immediate update and status on their financial partners ability to remit this money. This is unacceptable and I am STILL waiting for this to be resolved while my fiancee is in excruciating pain!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING!! I have tried calling and begging...

They are starting very well but this is the time that the money I sent 2 days ago has not yet arrived and it was an emergency. and that will cost little money, you can imagine a large sum of money...remembering that xoom pays less but I never had any problems with them. To earn a few pesos, it was more likely that I would change for this terrible company.

I received an email that your account has been created although I never created one. I figured that someone used my email so I wanted to delete the account. They have no option on their website, they keep spam you to download their app to add your phone number and there is no way to contact them except a phone number and you also need an id. It is unbelievable that someone can use a random email address and you as the owner can't simply delete the account.

Though I've had my issue with them resolved, it took a third party firm with knowledge and access to proprietary technology to help me recover my money and I decided to do this to help other victims out there. I set up an account with them to simply fund my account, buy and send out crypto assets not necessarily to hold my crypto assets on the platform and I guess they realizing this actually made them act the way they did. I did all of these within the span of time I opened the account and went through all the verification processes which took about 5 days because my bank also had to verify the ACH deposit I also received calls from their customer care trying to verify the transaction and source considering it was a large amount, up to $15k, all of which I did, only for them to eventually place the transaction on review, even after so much back and forth with their customer service, up to a month and half later, I hadn't gotten my crypto assets, then it dawned on me what was going and I realized I wasn't going to get my assets back. I had to discuss with a friend in cybersecurity who introduced me to ᴇɴᴠᴇʀʀᴀᴄᴀᴘɪᴛᴀL• ɪᴏ , they are a white/grey hat firm excellent in handling cases such as this and it wasn't until they actually pulled through with their promise to get my money back that I decided I was going to come on here to talk about this. I created an account in order to support an orphan in Kenya. I followed all their rules. Sent a transaction and got a transaction number. One thing I did NOT do was let them store any of my payment information. A few minutes later I got a notice that my transaction was cancelled and my account was closed. When I called them about it they refused to tell me why. I did not break any of the regulations about sending money to Kenya. I would not recommend anyone use their service. They are at best a waste of time, and at worst you could lose money as many others have stated happened to them. Fortunately I was able to recover all my money (I think)

WorldRemit is a fraudulent company. They scam your money. Please stay away from this company. On 05/17/2022, I transferred $300. 00 to my account in Jamaica and today 05/27/2022 the money has not arrived yet. I called several times and each times they sell me the same trash. Please stay away from WorldRemit

They hold back payment for no valid reason, they do not respond to your queries and finally they close your account for no valid reason, which they won’t explain. Take your business elsewhere to a reputable company. Zero service , transparency or accountability.

Very bad service. My money is not transferred even after 7 days and the customer service either simply disconnect calls or do not take complaints with any seriousness. Transaction Number: 86507722 Customer Number WR9279439 I recommend Transferwise in place of this.

I have been using the for a while now and now they are beginning to cause problems. I sent a payment of about £87 to Pakistan on the 21st of Jan 21, Still hasn't got there. I sent them the required information about 2 weeks a go and have been calling them everyday. Nothing is happening. The have not contacted me a single time, always me. Another one was stopped by them as well, simply because the names I was sending to was MOHAMMAD, if that's not racism, I don't know what is. Not everyone is a terrorist. Almost 3 weeks have gone and nothing yet.

I have lodged a police report that I have been scammed by WorldRemit. I hereby advise everyone to stay away from this scammer. My online fund transfer of SGD$200 to WorldRemit's OCBC bank account in Jun 2019 was withheld. After submitted my ID, an email was sent to me confirming their approval. I proceeded to deposit SGD$200 into WorldRemit's OCBC bank account. But when I logged in to my online WorldRemit account, its stated unverified. As such, I contacted its customers service in Singapore. I was then asked a few stupid questions and the staff abruptly told me my WorldRemit account must be cancelled immediately and with a very stupid reason saying that fund remittance was not allowed. After the tele-conversation was over, I found my WorldRemit account blocked with my funds stuck in it. It was obviously a ploy to induce me to deposit fund after clearing my KYC but later told that my KYC was not successful. Since then, there was not response from WorldRemit. The staff just kept quiet that prompted me to write to MAS to uncover the scam. I have urged MAS to review WorldRemit’s remittance licence and to investigate its unethical way of promoting its remittance services by giving generous referral incentives and eventually lured its customers to deposit fund by falsified approval given online, as an attempt to carry out fraudulent activity.

I made a transaction of money transfer on 3rd of April but after few hour i received an email asking for my ID verification documents and few questions about transaction which i send them on same day and they said once its reviewed we will go ahead with transaction.Next day i received another email asking same question which i reply to again and i rang them to ask whats going on but they don not give me any answer and promise me to ring me back on end of the day but never got a call back.next day on 5th of april they email me again asking same questions again ! i email them and rang them but they said my account is still under review so i said either proceed with this money transfer or refund my money.then same day they email me saying refund process have begun on your transaction however your account is temporarily disabled .so i rang them on 6th of april asking about my refund and they said we don not know when you will get your refund because your account is still under review even tho it was said in email my refund process has begun. guy on the phone was rude and showing me attitude and not let me speak to a manager. they hijacked my money without any reason and not giving it back to me even tho is my money !! if my account is disable i don not care but just give me my nearly 10K back which you holding it without any reason !! Avoid at any cost !!
