“initialialy you you buggered my order up by sending the wrong thing but you were all so charming about it when i got in touch that ican almost forgive you all. good work. and thenyou sent the right thing, what more could a man ask than that youd have sent the right thing in the first place. keep up the good work.”

“i was not impressed with having to wait for six days to receive my order even though it was very small and light,and when it did arrive neither the o rings or the wrench for the filter housing were the correct size.I did not return the items as the postage cost more than the items were worth”

“We were able to purchase the filters we needed from The Waterfilter Men at better prices than we found elsewhere. We had an exchange of email to make sure we were purchasing the right filters and their response was helpful, accurate and prompt. The goods arrived propmtly too. We'll purchase from The Waterfilter Men again.”

“I recently bought a replacement inline shower filter which is a lot noisier than its predecessor. It was as though the cartridge hadn't been filled adequately, and the water was just sloshing the stuff around. So I contacted The Water Filtermen to find out what was going on with the filter. They have not answered my email ( which I know they received because I received a delivery receipt). It is well over a week now and my email has still not been answered so I am obviously disappointed.”
