“No reply on message, Delivery of the wrong product, but to my surprise they send a more expensive filter. Delivery of product was without notification.”

“after all most 3 weeks we still have not recieved our items you said check with royal mail and we have and thay have no knowlage about any items waiting to be delived or collected we have been asked to aske you for a tracking number so that thay can follow it up . Thank You”

“I live in Spain and ordered an Omisses water filter, supplied by the Water filter man through Amazon uk. The purchase was shipped to my address in Spain, which arrived very quickly and was very happy with the product. I now purchase products direct from the Water filter man, which is even quicker.”

“I'm very happy with this product. Delivery was quick and after easy installation I noticed straight away that water quality is better. Expecially that chlorine smell goes away. Definitely recommend this to everyone!”

“Best of both worlds. Excellent personal service and the convenience of online ordering and payment. I needed filters and a filter removal wrench, but, new to this, wasn't sure what I needed. Rang and spoke to Gavin, who couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through their website. Everything arrived on time, but I'd ordered the wrong size wrench - my mistake, and couldn't find the one I needed on the website. Not a problem, rang again, but Gavin was out. For once a company where when they say they will ring back, they do. Gavin got in touch ASAP and sorted things, and I got what I needed by return f.o.c. They're in my contact book and on my Outlook reminder for when I next need new filters!”

“I bought some parts to plumb in an American fridge and paid for next day delivery as I needed them for a job the day after, they ended up taking 3 days to get delivered so I didn't get them in time, I was then told I could return them and they would pay for the postage which was fine, but then when I asked if they'd received it they said "no" so I had to send them proof that they had received it (luckily paid for recorded) they then told me they had received it! When I got the refund they refunded the part but not the postage for the return like they said, which has left a negative feeling and I won't be using them in the future.”
