“Hi. I requested Courier delivery rather than the other postal options. This is because I wanted Parcel Tracking details. Because these were not forthcoming I requested such Tracking details by Email. You failed to replay to my email, it was ignored. Poor show. Buy something from Amazon to learn how it should be done, they set the standard we expect. The goods were delivered by Royal Mail not a Courier, untracked. However I am very happy with the goods, so 4 stars.”

“It took a few hair washes before I felt the benefit but after that my hair started to look and feel a lot healthier. A really good product easy to fit and not expensive.”

“Excellent service, kept fully informed once purchased of delivery details. Delivery was quick. I ordered this for my son as I already have one in my house and he noticed his skin and dandruff has got worse since he moved out. This has now been rectified as we have very hard water in London. The filter is so easy to fit and you certainly notice the difference. Would definitely recommend - excellent company, excellent product!”

“Ok bought a 10" polyethylene filter housing and all the relevant parts to install under my sink. Service was good delivery prompt. However, I can only rate the product at poor for the fact that the plastic bracket supplied to support the filter body is unfit for purpose. It is too flimsy and will break when pressure is applied using the supplied bowel spanner. This bracket needs to be in metal with a 4 point attachment for added strength.”
