“Living on a very small Greek island relying on ferry transport from the mainland and with a postal system that is quite archaic I was very surprised to find that my filters arrived as quickly as they did !!! I would like to thank you for a very efficient service and your on line ordering system is excellent, even I could manage to get through it without a nervous breakdown!! “Got system fitted by a plumber. Did,nt get info regarding when to change the filters or any other maintenance advice. I am a bit disappointed with the temperature of the water as although it tastes nice it is not as cold as the normal tap water. Hopefully you can offer some explanation / advice Still waiting for response about above feedback”

“The initial ordering was very quick n efficient. I recieved my goods within a few days. On opening the package we realised when we tried to change the filter that we had ordered the wrong one. I sent you an email to ask if you could exchange the filters for the correct ones, or would it be possible to change the end pieces to save sending the whole package back. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a reply from yourselves . I still need to replace my filter so if you could let me know if I can do 1 of the above suggestions It would be much appreciated. Many thanks”
