“I own several Worx items and they’re great. However, they are poor a resolving customer issues. Quite simply I bought an item a few days before they launched Black Friday. I contacted them to see if they would honour the discount for me. They said they only do this if the price changes within 24 hours. Wow, that’s tight! So I have to return the item for a refund and then buy it again with the Black Friday discount. Seems like unnecessary hassle for both me and Worx, but the discount is too big to ignore. What a shame they can’t see how frustrating this is to a customer and simply sort it out.”
“I have a lawn mower weed eater and blower. The batteries don’t last a year. I have replaced both of mine due to “defect” they never ask questions just replace. Batteries are a big con. I am unable to do my yard and I have 3 sets. Charge time is several hours.”
“I was using my Worx WzG330 pruner and I nicked the blade when it cut a hidden metal object. I contacted Worx and they don't sell replacement blades and couldn't tell me where I might find one. Does anyone know where I can buy a new blade?”
