They employed a girl from the Phippines who did not understand that amazon customer service would advise them where to get the reports. They all seemed nice people but they could not communicate until we gave in, we wanted a lot of time”
“Returned trimmer under warranty and not working on 7/16/24 per instructions from Worx, saying a refund would be issued. No refund has been received as of 9/16/24 and there seems to be no way to contact them for a status. Currently, web site is down and only for phone contact is for the Sales Department, who says they cannot help us. Very poor customer service!”
“It's nearly impossible to register your new equipment on the Worx website. They have an extensive list of products but there's no order to the list. By the time you find your product the capture checkbox clears and you have to start over.”
“Customer service had a rep who seemed clueless about my request to use one of my WORX 🥉20volt batteries to power auxiliary ZLED LIGHTS MOUNTED ON MY SNOWBLOWER. She kept asking questions about the lights , Zi told her they were standard lights that worked from 12 to whatever range. Again all Zi was looking for was a docking station to hold the battery to provide power to the lights . She kept saying no one has ever asked for that before. Can’t think out of the box , not suited for customer service!”
“I bought a oscillating saw and used it six times before the motor burned out. I contacted customer service and they refused to honor their supposed 3 yr warranty. I also contacted the CEO with no response at all. I would never buy another Worx product because they are not made well and the customer service is non responsive”

I called worx and they said they can't help because I didn't have the receipt. Despite the fact that I had the serial number and picture of the tool. “I am not one to typically write reviews, especially negative ones; but I think it’s time for me to look for another company. I’ve been buying their products for several years and have had a number of problems. I bought a cordless drill to make some small projects. Four bits broke very quickly. I use pine, so it’s not a tough wood to drill through. The weed eater handle will not lock into place so I have to keep holding on to it. I bought a pressure washer last summer. The first one came without a handle to wheel it around. To their credit, the immediately sent me a new one. I used it twice last year and once earlier this year. When I tried to use it this morning, there is more water coming out of the trigger handle than the nozzle. I had more water on my shoes than I did on the sidewalk. I won’t go on and on. I feel as if I have given them a fair shake. I need a more dependable product.”

“My wife bought it as a surprise but I didn’t tell her how bad it worked. The first day I used the edger it didn’t release the string the second time and then the angle couldn’t be changed because it was stuck in one position and the battery died after 20 minutes so I feel it’s going to hell to get a refund so I might as well just junk it. Companies rarely give refunds”
“I purchased an electric lawnmower from this company in August 2023. Within 4 months the mower had died completely (we only have a small area of grass which we do not let grow long). The company does not return phone calls or emails and has no customer service to speak of. I am now taking legal action to get my money back. I strongly recommend having nothing to do with them. They are a shoddy bunch of scam merchants.”

Today I was curious for others with similar problems a frequent stopping robot and not being able find a solution. I makes me sad that after more than a year having no returning problem the life span seems to come at an end.”
“In 2019 I ordered a replacement spool for my Worx string trimmer. I forgot all about it until this year, 2022, when I ordered a replacement spool for that same string trimmer. I looked on the Worx web site and saw my old order from 2019. I have ordered and paid for 2 spools and have no spools to show for it. I have owned 2 worx lawn mowers, both of which were OK. I would give them a 5 out of 10 rating. After the last one broke and Worx did not make replacement parts so I could not fix it I bought a Toro battery powered mower. In comparison the Toro is a 10 compared to the Worx that is a 5. I also have Worx string trimmer mentioned earlier and a Worx leaf blower. The string trimer I would rate 8 out of 10, the leaf blower is a 10 out of 10.Company service is a 1 out of 10 so as time goes on and I need to replace my string trimer and blower I will purchase from other manufacturers.”
